.me Domains Available For Public Registration
Today marked the launch of the release of .me domains to the public for the first time after the landrush. Although many of the best keywords had gone, there are still many good lll.me’s and great keywords to be registered. I personally don’t have much interest in new domain name extension releases as most of them seem to always fail and I don’t hold any higher hopes for the .me extension.
There seems to be always too much hype over new extensions. None can possibly live up to the TLD’s and only the ones auctioned off in landrush can sell for a fair amount. After a few weeks, prices die down again and everyone wonders once again why their great domain in the new extension has made them a solid profit.
The .me registration has definently not been as big as other extensions such as .tv and .mobi. This morning “roi.me” (Return On Investment) was still available (taken now), and there are few lll.me’s taken.
The only .me domain I like is inco.me which wasn’t taken during landrush but is now. What an awesome domain hack.
